What decision, behaviour or organizational result needs to change?
3. We recommend a next step
This may be a focused diagnosis, a workshop, individual work or simply a different way to frame the problem.
The initial conversation does not oblige you to begin a project. If we do not believe our methods fit the challenge, we will say so directly.

- the decision or result you need;
